This is the last of three schools in Depave’s Centennial School District Expansion. We removed approximately 7,000 sf of asphalt, which will reduce the annual stormwater runoff by ~70,000 gallons annually. The dilapidated parking lot has now been transformed into a nature play area with a stage, benches, gravel paths, native plants, rain gardens, and shade trees. We worked alongside Urban Forestry to install trees with the 5th graders.
