Join Depave and Friends of Trees for a collaborative tree planting event at Depave’s recent project site at Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church! Join This historical Black congregation church for a special celebration of Martin Luther King Junior’s life and legacy while giving to the church’s future greenspace. Coffee, snacks, and lunch provided!

Join Depave and Our Happy Block for a planting event on Saturday, November 2 from 10am - 1pm at the Horeb Oromo Ethiopian Church! Originally depaved in 2011, this 4,300 square foot Depave project site includes raingardens and a native planting strip as part of a parking lot retrofit project. Help to add plants to the site and give the greenspace some love! Coffee, snacks and lunch provided.

Join us for a litter clean-up event with SOLVE in preparation for Depave's summer activation series! Depave's annual BIG BREAK BLOCK PARTY aims to celebrate regreening Portland's central eastside by bringing vendors, live music, interactive art, skating, food, tactical urbanism, and more into the street and for the people on July 27 from 4pm - 10pm!
